STEP1: Writing DCL: Defects classification lists = definition of quality specifications for mass production

STEP2: Post production sample: 5 PPS are sent to our customers for approval before launching production. These PPS validated by our customers are references samples for our quality control on lines

STEP3: Launching of production lines

STEP4: Monitoring production

STEP5: Quality controls are made in the standard AQL ISO 2859-1 level 1,2,3: reports / pictures / videos / corrective action plans
